Summary
All Associate candidates, regardless of their pathway, must achieve the mandatory competencies. These competencies represent the 'softer skills' that all responsible practitioners need. They demonstrate your ability to work with colleagues, meet client requirements, manage your own work and act with honesty and integrity.
